The baker is back, busy baking this weekend, and the Cafe will be open its regular hours again.

We also have some new breads this week: 

On Wednesday: Hazelnut Fig Sourdough, slightly sweetened with honey, and

on Friday: Barbari, a Persian-style sourdough flat bread

Persephone Cafe and Bakery is born of the alchemy of arts, philosophy, science, and passion for bread and good food. 

Our mission is to bring health and beauty to our community in an environment where conversations and personal reflections are encouraged. We love to meet you when you come in. This website serves only as an informational bulletin board, but not as a means of communication, which we prefer to do in person.

​We make everything in-house and from scratch, from the finest, and for the most part, organic ingredients.

We are open at the following times.

Wed - Fr.     8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Sat              8:30 AM - 4 PM

Organic Sourdough Artisan Bread is available every Wednesday for the week. You can pre-order by calling (541) 808- 2500. Bread is also available for sale at the Coos Head Food Co-op on Wednesdays after 9 AM.
