Persephone Menu

All ingredients we use to craft our items are natural or organic. All grain used is always organic. We mill some of our local whole grains using a Eudoxus grain mill, a very special machine! Other grains or flours are purchased from the Camas Country Mill, a grain mill in the Willamette Valley, OR. We grow some of the herbs we use in our dishes in our own herb garden in the backyard.

Sourdough Pizza

We will be serving a limited number of Pizzas on Saturdays. Vegetarian and meat options available on our 12 " organic sourdough thin crust, sprinkled with oregano harvested from our own herb garden. Our goal is to make the best pizza around!
