Cafe Menu
All ingredients we use to craft our items are natural or organic. All grain used is always organic. The whole grains are milled freshly by us using a Eudoxus grain mill, which is a very special machine! The wheat comes from our farmer friends who own and operate the Cornerstone Farm in Gazelle, CA. We grow some of the herbs we use in our dishes in our own herb garden in the backyard.

We will be serving a limited number of Pizzas on Saturdays. Vegetarian and meat options available on our 12 " organic sourdough thin crust, sprinkled with oregano harvested from our own herb garden. Our goal is to make the best pizza around!
